The national housing charity has called for an increase in social housing in its annual report. 

The Local Authority has said that applications for the new two- and four-bed houses at Baile Adaim in Carrigtwohill will open at 12pm on November 27.

The report, published this week, revealed that this is the highest level of inflation seen in Cork city since early 2024, marking a 55% average above pre-covid levels, two times higher than the Celtic Tiger peak.
