O’Kaning It, The Everyman, 8pm: Deirdre O’Kane is back in Cork with her brand-new show O’Kaning It. Tame the mayhem or “O’Kane it”? Either way you’re in for a night of relentless laughs fuelled by warped personal insight. Tickets €28.
Jack Ahern, Canty’s, 6pm: Jack Ahern is no stranger to the live music scene in Cork, with more than seven years of solid experience playing many different musical genres, in and out of many different bands and lineups. Admission is free.
The Tan Jackets, Crane Lane, 11.30pm: The Tan Jackets perform covers of songs by bands often referred to as punk rock and ’60s psychedelia, such as Them, The Sonics, and MC5. Admission is free.
