Season five of The Young Offenders will air on RTÉ One on April 4 from 10.30pm, featuring main-duo, Jock and Conor, played by Chris Walley and Alex Murphy.

The latest season of fan-favourite Cork comedy series, The Young Offenders, will air on RTÉ next week.

Season five of the Cork-based show, with returning cast members Jock and Conor, played by Chris Walley and Alex Murphy respectively, will air every Saturday on RTÉ One from April 4 at 10.30pm.

This season, viewers will see Jock return to Cork after a stint in prison abroad, where he and Conor will face challenges with love and loss.

Creator of the show, Peter Foott said it is “a joy to be able to bring season five of The Young Offenders to fans who have followed these characters for 10 years now".

"This season brings Conor and Jock back together, with a stronger bond than they’ve ever had, and we’re really excited to share these chaotic and heart-warming stories with audiences,” said Mr Foott.

“The team is the best to work with, and we’ve ended up creating something special.”
