The body of a woman, aged in her late 20s, was discovered in a residential property on Alexander Street in Waterford shortly before 1pm.

The remains of the unidentified man were found in the shed around 2:30pm

Officers were called to a house near Herberton Park where a man in his 60s was discovered and pronounced deceased at the scene.

Gardaí are investigating all of the circumstances surrounding his death and are appealing for witnesses.

Mr Dunlop was killed in the crash which occurred during a practice run for the Skerries 100 races on July 7th, 2018

It is understood the 13-year-old boy sustained fatal injuries in what is believed to be a tragic accident.

It is understood that a criminal investigation is underway, with a garda spokesman confirming that detectives are following “a definite line of enquiry”.

The body was discovered in a flat at Kevin Barry House on Coleraine Street at around 6pm yesterday evening.
