Gardaí are appealing for information into the death of a man in Tallaght last Wednesday.

A post-mortem has been completed on the body of a 50-year-old man who was discovered unresponsive outside a home at Dromcarra Avenue in Jobstown in Tallaght shortly after 8pm.

He was treated at the scene but was pronounced dead a short time later.

His body was removed to the Dublin City Mortuary and the results of the post-mortem are not being released for operational reasons.

Gardaí are investigating all of the circumstances surrounding his death and are appealing for witnesses.
