Nominations sought for teen sports awards in Mayfield — The Mayfield Teen Sports Awards are open to both individual athletes and teams.

Nominations are now open for the Mayfield Teen Sports Awards 2026, hosted by Mayfield Sports Complex.

The Mayfield Teen Sports Awards are open to both individual athletes and teams who are in secondary school, or were in secondary school when their success was achieved, who are a member of a Mayfield club and/or live in Mayfield. All nominations must come from the young person’s coach or instructor.

Everyone who qualifies will receive a gold medal and one year’s free membership to the sports complex, while one will be awarded the outstanding achievement award and also receive a crystal trophy and €500.

Coaches can send nominations to Paul O’Leary at gm@mymsc.ie. The presentation will take place on Friday, September 25.
