Planning permission is being sought for the construction of up to 20 homes in a Cork city suburb.
The plans, which were lodged with Cork City Council by O’Brien and O’Flynn Limited, seek to develop 20 residential units, consisting of 10 apartments and 10 duplex apartments, at a site in the Garranedarragh townland in Bishopstown.
The application also seeks permission for all ancillary site development works, including vehicular access, parking, footpaths, bin storage, drainage, lighting, landscaping, and amenity areas.
Cork City Council’s planning department is due to make a decision on the application by late February.
