It brings the total Cork city commencements in 2025 to 941, including 335 scheme units, 582 apartment units, and 24 one off units, with just one month left of the year.

The plans, lodged by Whitestone Corner Properties Ltd in July, were given the green-light by Cork City Council on Monday.
