Division 1 reports:

Erin’s Own maintained their perfect record in Division 2 of the RedFM Hurling League as they made it four from four on Saturday, winning by 1-22 to 0-13 away to Ballincollig.

Sam Foley had the goal for Brendan O’Riordan’s side, for whom Oran O’Regan was excellent at centre-back. Conor Linehan finished with ten points for the Glounthaune outfit while Peter O'Shea, Barry Óg Murphy and Cormac Dooley also impressed.

Cian O'Driscoll and Sean O'Neill combined for seven of Ballincollig's points with Fenton Denny and James Linehan doing well further back.

With Bride Rovers drawing 1-21 each away to Carrigaline, Erin’s Own are now clear at the top. Ballincollig remain third, three behind the leaders, with Kanturk now tied with them.

The Duhallow side had late points from Brian O’Sullivan – who finished with nine – and James Fitzpatrick as they came away from Newcestown with a 0-17 to 0-16 victory.

On Wednesday, Newtownshandrum were 0-21 to 1-12 winners away to Na Piarsaigh, with Conor Twomey and Conor Griffin featuring heavily among their scorers.

In Division 4, Blackrock’s second team picked up their first win, beating third-placed Mallow by 1-21 to 1-12, with Eoin O’Farrell landing seven points while Ross Browne netted a penalty.
