Cork County Council is inviting applications for its 2027 Arts Funding Opportunities programme.

Funding under the scheme is available for arts projects, activities and events taking place in across Cork next year.

The funding programmes are designed to encourage public engagement with the arts, and strengthen the cultural life of communities throughout the county.

The funding opportunities include the Arts Grant Scheme, which supports arts organisations and community groups to develop and deliver ambitious artistic projects, programmes and events.

Funding is also available through a dedicated strand for Irish-language arts initiatives, as well as through the Small Capital Investment Scheme, which supports arts organisations to improve facilities and infrastructure through equipment purchases, venue upgrades and more.

To assist applicants, Cork County Council will host a series of public information sessions and application clinics throughout November.

These include one at Cork County Hall on November 16 from 10am to 4pm.

Applications can be made online from November 2 until December 11.
