Have I Got Your Attention? sees the co-authors bring their own experiences of adult ADHD to life, alongside insights from nine interviewees. The book provides a comprehensive look at life with ADHD, from assessment and diagnosis, to treatment and navigating everyday challenges.

Through the book, the authors aim to provide a valuable toolkit for addressing stigma and celebrating the positives of ADHD.
