Appeal for Charleville man missing from his home since Saturday

Gardaí are seeking the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of Michael Gibbons (43).

An appeal has been made by gardaí for information surrounding the whereabouts of a 43-year-old man from Charleville who was reported missing from his home on Saturday afternoon.

Michael Gibbons was last seen on the evening of Friday June 26.

He is described as being approximately 5 foot 10 inches in height, of stocky build, with brown hair and green eyes.

Michael is believed to be travelling in a camper van with a UK registration number. It is unknown what Michael was wearing when he went missing.

A garda spokesperson told The Echo: “Gardaí and Michael’s family are concerned for his safety.“

Anyone with information on Michael’s whereabouts is asked to contact Mallow Garda Station on (022) 31450, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.
