PepsiCo will renew its positive action partnership with Cork GAA and SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh for 2026.

The partnership builds on previous collaborative programmes to reinforce PepsiCo’s commitment to sustainability, community engagement, and inclusivity through sport.

Over the last two years, partnership achievements included SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh being a testing ground for environmentally-friendly sporting events.

As part of the partnership’s previous programme, the Ballintemple venue hosted its first fossil-free energy event, powered by HVO fuel, ultimately reducing carbon emissions and setting a new standard for sustainable sporting events.

This year, PepsiCo will continue to champion initiatives that benefit people and the planet, as well as support inclusive Cúl Camps and sustainability-themed activities across the Cork GAA community.

These initiatives engage volunteers, young players, and members of the wider and local Cork community by linking environmental awareness with the GAA.

Brian Colgan, PepsiCo site director, said they are “thrilled to continue this partnership, which not only celebrates sport, but also drives positive action for sustainability and community engagement. Our goal is to make every event at SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh a showcase of innovation and inclusivity.”

Sinéad O’Keeffe, commercial director of Cork GAA and SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh, said she is “delighted to partner with PepsiCo once again this year, continuing the momentum of the previous two years”.

“Their support will assist in driving our sustainability agenda, and promote positive action and engagement.”
