A man who got aggressive at Kent railway station and forced his way through a ticket barrier will be sentenced on June 24.
Joshua Lynch, aged 24, of The Fairways, Old Course, Spa Glen, Mallow, pleaded guilty to being threatening and abusive and being so drunk that he was a danger on the occasion.
Sergeant Gearóid Davis said at Cork District Court that the incident occurred at around 7pm on December 2, 2025, when the defendant pushed his way through the ticket barrier and was aggressive and shouting obscenities.
Judge Catherine Ryan adjourned the case until June 24 for penalty.
