Man fined €350 for drunken fight on Cork's Daunt Square

The court heard that the incident dated back to January 28 2023.

Three men were seen fighting each other at Daunt Square and now at Cork District Court one of the has been fined for his part in the row.

Jorge Abreu, aged 25, of Fourwinds Mews, Featherbed Lane, Kinsale, Co Cork, pleaded guilty to engaging in threatening behaviour and being drunk and a danger to himself or others.

The incident dated back to January 28 2023.

Judge Mary Dorgan imposed a €350 fine on the threatening behaviour charge and took the drunkenness into consideration at Cork District Court.
