Here is another Pilates video in our Keeping Cork Healthy series.

The Echo has teamed up with the Mardyke Arena UCC during this lockdown period to give readers weekly tips on how to stay fit and healthy - and also to share some home workout videos.

Today we bring you another Pilates class for all levels.

These classes are being delivered for free as part of the #KeepingCorkHealthy Campaign.
