WoW Views: Have your say to mark International Women's Day

The theme of this year's event is 'Accelerating Action' and March 8 will also mark a call to action for accelerating women's equality.

March 8 marks International Women's Day - a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women.

The theme of this year's event is 'Accelerating Action' and March 8 will also mark a call to action for accelerating women's equality.

To mark IWD, we'll be publishing a special edition of WoW on March 5.

We are asking Cork women to tell us what this year's theme of 'Accelerate Action' means to them.

The deadline for submissions is this Friday, March 1.

If you'd like to share your views on what IWD means to you, fill in the form below.

Some of these submissions will feature in our special issue of WoW on March 5.
