Dingle are the Kerry senior football champions for the first time in 77 years.

Paul Geaney scored both goals as they downed Austin Stacks 2-13 to 1-12 in the final today.

It's the first senior title for the club since 1948, having lost out in last year's decider.

Nemo Rangers lost the Cork Senior Football Championship final against St Finbarr's in a close game that finished 1-14 to 1-13, county star Brian Hayes picking up 1-2 for the Barr's.

In Tyrone, Loughmacrory secured their first senior football title, having bested Trillick 0-18 to 2-11 in Omagh.

Armagh also crowned a first-time winner with Madden strolling to a 0-20 to 0-9 victory over Cullyhanna.

In hurling, Henry Shefflin’s Ballyhale Shamrocks won a record 21st Kilkenny senior hurling title after seeing off O'Loughlin Gaels 1-18 to 0-12.

St Martin's won a thrilling decider in Wexford, beating Rathnure St Anne's 2-14 to 0-16 at Wexford Park.

And in Tipperary, a 48th-minute goal from Liam McGrath proved decisive for Loughmore-Castleiney as they retained the title against Nenagh Éire Óg at Semple Stadium, 2-22 to 1-22.
