Aoife O'Rourke has booked her place in the 75kg final at the World Boxing Championships in Liverpool.

The Roscommon woman is assured of at least silver after getting an unanimous victory over China's Wang Lin.

O'Rourke will face Turkey's Busra Islidar in tomorrow afternoon's gold medal bout.

Mullingar's Patsy Joyce will bring home a bronze after suffering a split decision loss in his semi-final against Spain's Rafael Serrano.
