Truck driver (70s) dies after Meath road crash

A man in his 70s has died in a road crash in Co Meath.

The single-vehicle incident, involving a truck, happened in Ballinderry in Enfield at about 5am on Thursday.

The man's body has been removed to hospital for a postmortem.

Gardaí said the road was closed for a technical exam, but has since reopened.
