Man (20s) charged with criminal damage to asylum seeker accommodation in Kerry

A man in his 20s has been charged in connection with criminal damage to a direct provision centre in Co Kerry.

The man was arrested on Tuesday over the alleged incident at the Harmony Inn in Killarney on New Year's Day.

He is due to appear before Tralee District Court on Wednesday morning.

The man is the second person to be charged in relation to the alleged incident.
