Statutory Domestic Violence Leave will provide up to five days fully paid absence annually to employees impacted by domestic violence.

It will ensure that victims do not lose income, said the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth Roderic O’Gorman.

The support applies to both parents
