The Lab gained sweet revenge for their final day loss to their opponents last season to win for the first time in three outings in the live match of the week at Mayfield Park last Sunday afternoon in the Grandon’s Toyota Premier Division.
First-half goals from LAB’s Matthew Ekhosuehi and Stephen Folasade were cancelled out by Felippe Machedo and Marcos Aurelio by the 62nd minute.
Ekhosuehi netted again from the penalty with five minutes remaining only for Charles Martins to equalize before Ekhosuehi scored the winner in added time.

Arc Rovers left it late to confirm their passage to the last eight. A stubborn Abbey rearguard was finally breached by Paudie Cotter two minutes into the second-half.
The visitors got back on level terms through Liam Daly in the 58th minute only for Cotter to pop up with the winner for Arc in the last minute of extra-time.

An equalizer from Christopher Power rescued a point for ISF Ballyphehane Celtic at Gortnaglough Community Park.
The visitors broke out of the traps the quickest to score twice inside the opening twenty-four minutes through Jack Murphy.
After Aaron West got the hosts back into the contest on the half hour, Matias Ayala provided Timmy O’Reilly with the opportunity to level ten minutes later.
With home keeper Jamie O’Sullivan having an outstanding game between the posts, there was nothing he could do to prevent Mark McStay edging the visitors in front.
With Celtic manager James Corcoran encouraging his charges to push on as the clock clicked down, Bowen broke through to save a point for the unbeaten leaders.

Rob Twomey’s Jay Bazz got back to winning ways after a first-half brace from captain Brandon Downey was halved by Jamie Torpey on the hour. Rory Murphy restored the host’s two goal lead in the 71st minute and was enough to make the points safe at the finish.

The first meeting of last season’s promoted teams went the way of OBS who established a three-nil first-half through Sean Blake, Luka Matkovic and Niall O’Brien.
Marlboro worked hard to get back into the contest but couldn’t prevent Blake and O’Brien from combining with a minute left for the latter to finish in style.

Fisherman’s Rest Valley Rovers 2
ePower and Valley Rovers shared the spoils in an entertaining encounter at Mayfield Park. Valley secured a two-nil half-time lead courtesy of goals in the last eight minutes of the opening half from Ben O’Connor and Tadgh Clancy.
An O’Connor own goal and a 75th minute equalizer from Ian Vitali kept ePower in the match up neither team could find a winner in an exciting final quarter.

Two new clubs still finding their feet served up a seven goal thriller at Camden.
A double inside the opening four minutes from Celtic’s Darragh Murphy and John O’Brien set the tone for more scoring ahead.
It looked like AI FC might be going home empty handed after Luke Kiely added a third in the 25th minute.
But, after Marvin Ekhosuehi reduced the deficit ten minutes later a remarkable come back led to three unanswered second-half goals from Willa Karuru (2) and Victor Ewuzie.

Pfizers went three goals in front through Syl Byrne, Jamie O’Connell and Fletcher Fynn before Jonathan Harris got Curry House off the mark in the 39th minute.
The visitors increased their lead with further second-half goals from Byrne (2), Alexander Farrell and sub Gianluca Zuccarelli.

The top two met at the Regional Park and after the course of the ninety DCT replaced their opponents at the summit after Robbie Burke’s goal on the hour decided the destination of the points.

Doolan’s got the ideal start when Jamie O’Donovan set up captain Tony O’Reilly for the lead in the 5th minute.
Luis Lopez Salmeron levelled for the visitors in the 27th minute before Jamie Barry added a second in the 58th minute.
However, the lethal Doolan’s’ forward line showed their class by adding three goals in an eight minute spell courtesy of O’Reilly, Jamie Murphy and Stephen McCarthy.
