Ballincollig and Ballygarvan will have to do it all again as their SE Systems Premier Intermediate Championship final ended all square at Castle Road on Saturday.
In the end, it was probably a fair result, with the sides level on five occasions in the first half and once early in the second half, before Ballygarvan scored late on through Cliona O'Leary to see it go to a replay.
O’Leary played in Rachel O’Regan to open the scoring for Ballygarvan with Tara Crowley adding a second to increase their lead. Ballincollig got off the mark in the ninth minute when Leah Weste played in Sorcha McCarthy to split the posts.
From the restart Weste regained possession and this time she set up Olivia O’Leary to level it at 0-2 each.
The Village side took the lead in the 12th minute when Tara Goulding was on target, before Molly Kelleher had the sides level for the third time, 0-3 each.
Elle Kelleher put Ballygarvan in front and Hayley Sweeney put two between the sides.

Back came Ballincollig with Goulding narrowing the gap and in the 29th minute McCarthy had the sides level again, 0-5 each,
A free from Catriona Kelly put Ballygarvan back in front, but just before half time Ballincollig’s Keeley Goulding scored from a free to see them level at half time, 0-6 each.
Catriona Kelly put Ballygarvan in front early in the second half but with 34 minutes gone they were level again, this time McCarthy levelling for Ballincollig.
The Village then enjoyed their best spell of the game, with a Keeley Goulding free putting them back in front. She hit a second to increase their lead, to make it 0-9 to 0-7 with 41 minutes played.
Two minutes later and Linda Dorgan split the posts for Ballincollig, but this proved to be their last score.

Kelly narrowed the gap and she hit another free with four minutes to go to put one between them, 0-10 to 0-9.
All of Ballygarvan’s second-half scores were from placed balls and O'Leary levelled in the closing stages.
Both sides had chances to snatch a winner but a draw was the fairest result as they get to do it all again next weekend.
