Cork's All-Ireland SHC semi-final against Dublin is set to be another sell-out.

Tickets for the last-four clash at Croke Park on Saturday, July 5, which has a 5pm throw-in time, went on general sale at 12 noon on Monday and by 1.30pm the only limited availability remained in the Nally Stand.

It will be the eighth consecutive championship match involving the Cork hurlers where the full-house signs have gone up, dating back to last year's epic semi-final win over Limerick, which was the first time that a hurling semi-final sold out without being part of the same ticket as another senior hurling or football tie.

Incidentally, the last Cork game not to sell out was the quarter-final win against the Dubs last year, 30,509 were present at FBD Semple Stadium in Thurles. Croke Park was at 82,300 capacity for the semi-final and the one-point final loss to Clare while in the current championship the only sub-40,000 attendance involving Cork was the Munster SHC opener away to Clare - on that occasion, Zimmer Biomet Páirc Chíosóg housed 20,778.

Both the Cork-Dublin semi and the meeting of Kilkenny and Tipperary at the same venue the following day are to be preceded by All-Ireland Senior Camogie Championship quarter-finals.
