All eyes will be on the Munster Football Association Inter-League final between the Cork Youth League and Kerry District League at Charleville tomorrow at 2.15pm.

This should be a cracking encounter against two sides that are unbeaten in the competition to date with the Cork side beating Limerick Desmond League twice and Waterford on route to the final, while Kerry accounting for Limerick District League and Clare District League respectively.

Cork have plenty match winners in their side with College Corinthians trio Keelan Crowe, Paudie McGrath and Ty Corcoran and Douglas Hall’s Evan Cummins and Finn Hangermark all in superb form.

Corcoran has being very clinical in front of goal for Cork as he has scored five goals in their three games with Cummins and McGrath also finding the net twice.

These lads pitting their skills against one another when their clubs met in the FAI Youth Cup last Sunday with Corinthians coming out on top 4-2 after extra time, however, they will be working side by side when they will be wearing the red jersey tomorrow.

The Cork manager Louis Nolan and his side are really looking forward to this game and they left no stone unturned in a bid to bring the Munster Youth Cup back to Cork and go on to challenge for the FAI Inter-League Cup.

“Playing against a team like Kerry in a Munster final tomorrow is exactly the kind of challenge my team want and why we have trained so hard for games like this,” Louis said.

“They’ll come into this game with the same ambition as us which is to win.

"We fully respect the quality they bring, but at the same time, we have absolute belief in our own ability.

"This is a fantastic opportunity for our lads to test themselves on a big stage, and we’re looking forward to it.

“Finals are won by the team that prepares the best and delivers on the day, so everything we do between now and then is about making sure we’re ready.

"We know Kerry will pose challenges and we’re expecting a tough and competitive game, however, we’ll make sure we’re prepared for whatever they throw at us.

“These are the games you dream of playing with the two top teams battling for silverware.

"The lads have worked incredibly hard to get to this stage and they fully deserve their place in the final. But we’re here to compete, to play to our strengths, and to give everything we have to bring that trophy home.

“I keep saying this, one of our biggest strengths is the depth and unity in this squad. Everyone has played a role in getting us here, and that is what makes us confident going into this final.

"Whether it’s the starting eleven, the lads coming off the bench or those pushing hard in training, every single player contributes to the team’s success. Hopefully this is what will make the difference when we step onto the pitch.

“We’ll approach tomorrow with confidence, knowing that if we stick to our principles, trust in our preparation and play the way we know we can we will give ourselves the best possible chance of success.

"We are ready for the challenge and we’ll give everything to bring the trophy back to Cork,” Nolan added.
