MICHEÁL ‘Haulie’ O’Sullivan has announced his first competitive team as Cork minor football manager as the Rebels get their championship underway tomorrow evening against Kerry.

Austin Stack Park in Tralee is the venue for the Electric Ireland Munster minor football championship quarter-final encounter between the rivals with throw-in at 7pm.

Muskerry side Ballincollig have the largest representation in the starting 15 with three players, Cian O’Connor, Cian Ahern and Danny Miskella. There’s a nice spread of clubs with Joe Mouret of Douglas, the only player from the city in the line-up for tomorrow’s encounter with the Kingdom. There's players from 13 different clubs in the county starting.

Regardless of what happens down in Tralee, both sides progress to the semi-finals. Cork are bidding for their third provincial title in four seasons.

In the last campaign, after the Rebels beat the Kingdom at the quarter-final stage at SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh, Kerry bounced back to beat the Leesiders in the Munster final at Austin Stack Park.
