The Cork Youth Orchestra will return to Cork City Hall for its annual Christmas concerts in December.

Returning for the third consecutive year, the events, supported by EY Cork, will take place on December 12 and 13.

Featuring a live orchestral performance, the orchestra will bring Raymond Briggs' The Snowman to life for an audience of all ages.

Managing partner at EY Cork, Ronan Murray, said organisations like the Cork Youth Orchestra play an important role in the cultural life of Cork.

"At EY, we’re passionate about supporting initiatives that help young people build confidence.

"Cork Youth Orchestra does exactly that through music, while also bringing families, friends, and the wider community together to enjoy the magic of Christmas," said Mr Murray.

"We are proud to support these special concerts once again and look forward to seeing Cork City Hall filled with music, joy and festive spirit."
