Cork man on robbery charge is remanded in custody over holiday period
It was alleged that on that date he carried out a robbery at that premises of Anixcalm tablets to the value of €25.
A 33-year-old man accused of robbing a pharmacy was remanded in custody for the holiday period.
Stephen Callis of Cathedral Rd, Cork, is charged with carrying out a robbery at Hickey’s pharmacy on Gurranabraher Rd in Cork on November 22.
It was alleged that on that date he carried out a robbery at that premises of Anixcalm tablets to the value of €25.
Detective Garda Pat Barry objected to bail when the matter was first before the court.
Judge Mary Dorgan remanded him in continuing custody until January 8, on the application of Sergeant John Kelleher.
