Disneyland Paris is calling all aspiring princes, princesses and superheroes across Cork to audition to join their pool of park performers.

Auditions to become a resident character or parade performer at Disney’s famous European playground will be held in Cork city this month, with several places available to become a range of different Disney and Marvel personas.
The auditions will be held at Montfort College of Performing Arts from 9am on October 28.
Prince and princess roles up for grabs include Anna from Frozen, Ariel from The Little Mermaid, Belle from Beauty and the Beast, Elsa from Frozen, Merida from Brave, Mulan from Mulan, Jasmine from Aladdin, Tiana from The Princess and The Frog, Rapunzel from Tangled, Snow White from Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, Aladdin from Aladdin, Flynn Rider from Tangled, Kristoff from Frozen, Prince Charming from Cinderella, Prince Eric from The Little Mermaid, Prince Phillip from Sleeping Beauty, Prince Naveen from The Princess and The Frog, and more.
Marvel character roles up for grabs include Black Widow, Black Panther, and Captain America.
Other roles advertised include Mary and Bert from Mary Poppins.
Recruiters for the park have outlined several requirements for hopefuls to be aware of, spanning height, dance and acting experience.
All applicants must be spatially aware, with an energetic disposition; be creative and good with physical stamina.
A good level of dance experience is also required through significant training and/or internship experiences in classical/modern jazz style, with acting skills considered a plus.
Heights for female presenting applicants range from 5’3” to 5’8”, with heights for male presenting applicants ranging from 5’7” to 6’3”.
Recruiters further encourage applicants to check-in online ahead of the audition by creating an online profile on the Disney Auditions webpage.
Contracts of a minimum of six months will be available to applicants, with start dates possible within six months following the audition.
Successful candidates needing a Visa to work in France will be informed of the necessary application process following the audition.
Positions may include some night work and are subject to French law, which requires candidates to be at least 18 years old.
