Warrant for arrest of man accused of burglary at Cork's Goulding Chemicals

A bench warrant was issued yesterday for the arrest of a 28-year-old man accused of carrying out a burglary at Goulding Chemicals on Centre Park Rd in Cork on July 30.
There was Garda objection to Stephen Murphy of 39 Rossbrook, Model Farm Rd, Cork, getting bail at Cork District Court recently and his application was refused. However, his recent bail appeal at the High Court was successful.
Yesterday, when his case was called, he did not appear. A warrant was issued for his arrest. He is also charged with stealing a car at Dunbar St on July 31. It is alleged the car was located in Newcestown.
