The Arc Cinema in Cork will be screening Cork City FC’s upcoming FAI Cup quarter final tie away to Finn Harps this Friday evening.

Earlier this year, Cork City and the Arc Cinema announced a partnership which included the screening of some City away games during the 2025 season.

The screenings have proved to be popular with fans of the club, especially those with young families and supporters who cannot travel long distances to away games.

Anthony O’Sullivan, commercial manager of Cork City FC, expressed his satisfaction at the impact the Arc Cinema partnership has had for the club.

“This initiative was a first of its kind for a League of Ireland football club and we’ve been getting really positive feedback from fans, who want to enjoy the excitement of a live game along with a crowd.

“This is the first time an FAI Cup quarter final will be shown on a big screen and is an exciting opportunity for us as a club to be able to bring this to our supporters.”

“This is a fantastic experience for any soccer fan, especially those who can’t travel to Finn Harps on Friday,” Robert Corr, general manager at The Arc Cinema, said.

“The Arc Cinema has a giant curved screen and Dolby Atmos surround sound which will help create a really immersive atmosphere.”

The screening of the match will be a family friendly event and no alcohol will be allowed.

Doors will open at 7pm, with kick off for the game at 7.45pm.

Adult tickets cost €12.50 and a children’s ticket is €9.50.

Tickets can be purchased on The Arc Cinema website at https://tinyurl.com/mvd6ndxs.
