SANTA'S Magical Market is returning to the Marina Market from November 25 to December 23 and is set to be bigger and even more magical than last year.

In association with TS Events, the experience includes interactive areas full of Christmas magic where families can wander through snow-kissed woods, ride on the amazing ‘Polar Express’ train into the magical Christmas village, help the elves make toys at the Elf Toy Workshop, make treats at Mrs Claus’s bakery, and pay a visit to the South Pole Post Office.

Visitors will meet Santa himself in his Grotto, where people can get a keepsake photo of the special moment taken with Resolute Photography.

The event is also fully accessible and will have a sensory hour each Sunday morning from 11am to 12pm.

The experience, which is also dog-friendly, will kick off following Santa’s arrival at Santa’s Magical Market on November 25, spreading joy to all the boys, girls, stallholders and four-legged friends eagerly waiting to see him.

Commenting on this year's Santa’s Magical Market, Marketing Manager at Cork-based TS Events David O’Driscoll said: “We are really proud to have been picked by Santa to help all the boys and girls have a Magical Market visit.

“We have worked side by side with all the elves to make this a unique and memorable experience for all - it's a much bigger and better experience this year and we look forward to sharing the joy of Christmas with all our visitors.”

Adding to the magic of this extra special Santa Experience is that Enable Ireland is the charity partner.

During the festive period, visitors can tap to donate €2 to the charity and place a ribbon on a tree within the market. These donations will support Enable Ireland’s children’s centre in Cork.

Optional extras such as children’s gifts, photo prints, or treats from Mrs Claus’s bakery can be selected at the time of online booking.

Tickets are priced at €12 for adults, €10 for babies aged 0-23 months without a gift or €15 with a gift, €15 for children aged 23 months and over without a gift, or €22.50 with a gift.
