A book of evidence was served on a man accused of having heroin for sale or supply in Cork city and money-laundering in respect of €2,500 in cash.
49-year-old Kenneth O’Mahony of 1 Innishmore Square, Ballincollig, Cork, had the case against him sent forward by Judge Olann Kelleher from Cork District Court to the sessions of Cork Circuit Criminal Court commencing on October 23.
The charges related to Leeside Apartments, Francis Street, Cork, on February 2 this year.
The defendant was charged by Garda Peter Kelleher with possession of Diamorphine (heroin) and having it for sale or supply.
He was also charged with a money-laundering offence related to €2,500 in cash which was allegedly the proceeds of criminal conduct.
