Teenager arrested in connection with Cameron Blair stabbing 

Cameron Blair was stabbed in a dispute at the entrance to a house on Bandon Road.

A teenager has been arrested in connection with the stabbing of Cameron Blair on Bandon Road.

The 17-year-old was arrested today and is being questioned this afternoon at Togher garda station.

It is the first arrest in the murder investigation into the stabbing of the Ballinascarthy native. 

Cameron was stabbed in a dispute at the entrance to a house on Bandon Road last Thursday night, during a house party.

The CIT student's family today receive his body back for his funeral.

He will be reposing at his home on Saturday from 10am and the funeral will take place on Sunday at 2pm in St Peter's Church, Bandon, followed by burial in Kilbeg Cemetery.
