A screengrab from the video message shared by the the Valley Rovers Camogie Club Facebook page.

They are usually in competition on the field but players from Valley Rovers under 9s/under 10s camogie team have sent a heartwarming message to other teams across Cork, telling them that they can’t wait to play them all again very soon.

In a video posted on social media, team members held up signs to tell players in clubs including Courcey Rovers, Bandon, Ballinhassig, Ballygarvan, Carrigaline, Sliabh Rua, Newcestown, Kinsale, Tracton, and Crosshaven just how much they missed playing camogie.

“We can’t wait to play you all again very soon.

“In the meantime stay safe and keep practicing at home,” they added.

The video has already had almost 2,000 views since being posted yesterday.
