A COUPLE who met on a night out in their home town of Cobh were married this summer, after seven years together.
Niamh Cadogan and Keanu Siggins live in Cobh and have two children, Harper, aged five, and Jayce, aged three.
They were engaged in the Europe Hotel and Resort in Killarney on March 31, 2019.
They got married on June 22 in a civil ceremony in Fernhill House Hotel and Gardens, in Clonakilty, followed by their wedding reception there too.
The bride wore a dress bought in the UK, from Confetti and Lace, designed by Dando London.
Her accessories were from Keanes Jewellers in Cork city, where the wedding bands and engagement ring were from too.

Keanu’s suit and all the wedding party’s were from Red Church in Cork city.
Make-up was done by Sarah Cummins, while hair was by Khalid Siggins (Keanu’s brother and best man).
The couple were joined by family and friends for their special day, including their parents and grandparents.

Maid of Honour was Lucy Gleeson while bridesmaid was Tara Cadogan.
Best man was Khalid Siggins and groomsman was Alan Cronin.
The cake was made by Dawn Holland.

Their first dance was to a cover by James Arthur You’re Still The One, originally by Shania Twain.
Recalling their special day, Niamh said: “The weather wasn’t the best in June and we were checking the forecast every day and literally the sun just came out about 11am in the morning and it was roasting the entire day.
We both really wanted to have the ceremony in the garden so, for me, walking up the aisle in the beautiful gardens with the sun shining and all our family and friends there... it was just an amazing feeling.
Niamh said they wanted to keep the wedding intimate.
“We only had a small wedding of 80 people as well so it felt really intimate.”
The couple want to give a special nod to the venue, for helping them to create their magical day.

“I have to mention the venue because Fernhill house was just amazing. The food honestly was just delicious and there wasn’t one guest that did not say they loved every course.

“The staff were brilliant, so helpful and friendly.
“The wedding co-ordinator Ann Cullinane helped us with everything for our day.”
