Time is flying - can you believe we’re only two and a half weeks out from The Echo Women’s Mini Marathon?

It’s creeping up fast, but don’t panic - there’s still plenty of time to sign up.

That’s the beauty of this event: it’s for everyone.

Whether you’re walking with a friend, running for a charity, bringing your child along in a buggy, or taking part as a wheelchair user, you’ll be welcomed with open arms.

If it’s something you’ve been half-thinking about but aren’t sure you can manage, my advice is simple: just book it.

Once your name is down, you’ll have that push to definitely show up on the day - and trust me, you won’t want to miss it.

I’ve had a sneak peek at this year’s medal and it is class. I keep all of mine with pride of place here in London, but this one really stands out.

Last year’s medal is extra special for me because I did it with my mother. She was so happy crossing that finish line and proud of her achievement - moments like that make the whole thing worthwhile.

That’s what makes The Echo Women’s Mini Marathon so different - yes, it’s 6k of exercise, but what you really take home are the memories.

You’ll never regret exercising, and you’ll never regret signing up for this.

On the day, you’ll gain far more than kilometres - you’ll gain friendships, laughter, pride, and memories that will last a lifetime.

So if you’re even considering it, go for it. You’ll thank yourself on race day.
