Rhasidat Adeleke has withdrawn from Friday's Monaco Diamond League race.

The Dubliner was scheduled to compete in the women’s 400m but is no longer listed among the entries.

Adeleke made a return from injury to competitive action at the Prefontaine Classic meeting in Oregon last week.

She finished ninth - clocking a time of 52.26 over 3 seconds outside her personal best.

It is a busy night for Irish athletics at tonight's tonight's Cork City Sports.

Bandon native Nicola Tuthill will take on reigning Olympic and world champion Camryn Rogers in the women's hammer throw.

Sophie Becker is in 200-metres action, with Cathal Doyle contesting the men's 800-metres,
