Meath will face defending champions Kerry at the semi-final stage of the TG4 All-Ireland senior football championship.

Goals from Vikki Wall and Niamh Gallogly helped the Leinster side secure victory over Tipperary at Pairc Tailteann in Navan on Sunday.

The scoreline there finished up Meath 2-17 to Tipperary's 1-6.

Meanwhile, the 2024 runners-up Galway will face Dublin. Both semi-finals are scheduled for Sunday, July 19th.

While Tipperary opened the scoring in their contest with Meath, the Royal County subsequently squeezed in front thanks to unanswered efforts from Gallogly and midfielder Marion Farrelly.

LGFA's Daire Walsh wrote that Meath subsequently bolstered their prospects on six minutes when Wall rifled an unstoppable strike from a left-hand angle into the far corner of the Tipperary net.

At half-time, the Royals had a commanding 2-9 to 0-2 cushion.

Meath scorers: N Gallogly 1-2; V Wall 1-2 (0-1f); M Farrelly 0-4; C Smyth 0-3; E Duggan 0-2 (1f); K Cole 0-2; A Cleary, S Ennis 0-1 each.

Tipperary scorers: A Moloney 1-1 (0-1f); AR Kennedy, N Towey 0-2 each; A O’Shea 0-1.

Camogie

The draw has been made for the 2025 Glen Dimplex All-Ireland Camogie Senior Championship Semi-Finals after Tipperary beat Kilkenny on Sunday.

Group winners Cork and Galway had secured byes into the last four, and are joined by Waterford and Tipperary following their victories this weekend.

Cork will go up against Waterford in the first semi-final, while Galway will face Sunday winners Tipperary.

The semi-finals will be held on Saturday, July 26th, in UPMC Nowlan Park, and will be live on RTÉ 2.

Full fixture details will be confirmed in due course.

Waterford came out on top against Clare at Croke Park on Saturday.

Daragh Ó Conchúir wrote that Waterford survived the most searching of tests before stretching away to a 10-point victory in a hugely entertaining Glen Dimplex All-Ireland senior camogie quarter-final.

Meanwhile, Tipperary came out on top against Kilkenny on Sunday with a scoreline of 1-22 to 0-19.

Speaking after conducting the draw, Uachtarán an Chumainn Camógaíochta, Brian Molloy, said: “We are calling on all fans to turn out for the Glen Dimplex All-Ireland Camogie Senior Championship Semi-Finals in UPMC Nowlan Park on Saturday 26th July.

"After fantastic support this weekend at Croke Park, let’s continue that energy in three weeks’ time for what is a mouth-watering double-header on Nore-side.”
