A man's been arrested as part of an investigation targeting organised prostitution in Limerick.

A search operation at a home in Limerick City on Tuesday led to the seizure of over €700,000.

A man in his 50s was arrested at the scene and is being held at a Garda station in the south.

Detective Chief Superintendent Thelma Watters is urging anyone who has been affected by sexual exploitation to contact the Gardaí.
