A man has been charged in connection with a fire at a mosque on Dublin's Talbot Street.

The man, who is aged in his 40s, was arrested after the blaze at the premises on Monday afternoon.

He is due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice on Wednesday morning at around 10:30am.

Gardaí say their investigation into the incident is continuing.
