Teenager seriously injured after falling from e-scooter in Co Dublin
A teenager has been seriously injured after falling from an e-scooter in Portmarnock, Co Dublin, on Monday.
The incident happened on the Strand Road shortly before 9 pm, when two teenagers fell from an e-scooter.
Both were transported to CHI Temple Street for medical treatment.
One youth sustained serious injuries, while the other is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward.
Road users with camera footage (including dash-cam) from the Strand Road area around the time of the incident are also asked to contact investigating Gardaí.

Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
