Emergency services are currently at the scene of a road traffic collision on Cork city's northside.
The incident, involving a car and a van, occurred this morning on the stretch between Spar and Heineken on the North City Link Road.
Two units from the cork City Fire Brigade and one ambulance are currently at the scene of the incident.
It is understood that the front bumper of the car was badly damaged as a result of the incident.
Motorists travelling to and from Blackpool are advised to expect delays in the area.
It is not known if any injuries have been reported at this time.
