Three man arrested after cocaine and over €440k of cash seized in Co Meath
Three men have been arrested after cocaine and over €440,000 of cash were seized in Duleek, Co. Meath, on Friday.
Gardaí searched a business premises, where one kilogram of suspected cocaine and over €220,000 in cash were seized.
Three men in their 50s, 40s, and 20s were arrested and are currently detained under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007 in a Garda Station in the North Western Region.
During follow-up searches, gardaí seized an additional €220,000, £89,000 sterling and a number of items of evidential value.
The seized drugs will be sent to Forensic Science Ireland (FSI) for analysis.
Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
