Tuesday's front pages focus on a range of stories, from the Kinahan member Sean McGovern, who vowed not to stop the feud with the Hutch gang, to delays over the Ireland-France interconnector.

The Irish Times reports Sean McGovern told a man referred to as 'Cap' in February 2016 that: “They targeted us, they wanted you, this is personal.” McGovern said, “I swear on my baby’s life, I’m not stopping now.”

The Irish Examiner reports that a delay of at least another two years in completing the Ireland-France interconnector will compound rapidly rising electricity prices in a further blow to hard-pressed households.

The Echo reports that drug users in Cork are either 'dying in the streets' or being moved from the city to the suburbs.
