Monday's front pages focus on a range of stories, from Tusla being against a new law that would remove parental rights from killers to the Garda Commissioner Justin Kelly being urged to resign if he cannot fix scrambler issues.

The Irish Times reports Tusla is against a new law that would remove parental rights from killers because the child and family agency claims “children’s best interests” are served by them having a connection with their birth parents.

The Irish Examiner reports the new Garda Commissioner Justin Kelly should resign within six months if gardaí cannot get to grips with cracking down on scrambler bikes, a Government TD has said.

The Echo leads with 250 incidents of harmful communications reported to Gardaí since 2021.
