Man (40s) charged in connection with Citywest riots

A man was arrested in connection with incidents at the Citywest riots on October 21st and 22nd.

The man in his 40s was arrested on Sunday, October 26th.

He was detained at a Dublin Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.

The man has since been charged with an offence contrary to Section 15 of the Criminal Justice (Public Order) Act, 1994, and appeared before the Criminal Courts of Justice on Monday November 24th.

He was remanded on bail to appear before Blanchardstown District Court on Monday.
