Three men arrested after assault of man in Co Mayo
Three men have been arrested in connection with the serious assault of a man in Castlebar, Co Mayo, in August.
The incident happened in the early hours of Saturday, August 23rd, on Tucker Street.
The man injured in this incident, aged in his 20s, remains in a critical condition at Beaumont Hospital.
On Tuesday morning, gardaí arrested three men in connection with this investigation. They are currently being held at stations in the Garda North Western Region.
Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
