A man (20s) was arrested after €446,000 of cannabis was seized by Revenue at Dublin Airport on Tuesday.

Revenue Customs Officers seized 22.3kg of cannabis, and the man was arrested by gardaí.

He was detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996, at a garda station in North Dublin.

He has since been charged and was expected to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice this afternoon, April 15th, 2025 at 4pm.

Investigations are ongoing, gardaí said.
